It’s the rozzers! But no need to flush the drugs, they only want an experimental (translation: free) campaign targeting the rise of low-level aggression. “Take:90” - based on a neuroscientist’s insight that anger only lasts 90 seconds - was a mantra engineered to enter culture, and ended up on BBC Newsnight.
